Parc Du Soleil
Project No.: 201502
Project description
The Parc du Soleil in Leipzig's city centre comprises 14 listed buildings dating from 1906 and was part of an extensive barracks complex until the end of the 20th century. The entire complex was uniformly built in the neo-Renaissance style, surrounded by a spacious park.
Since German reunification, however, the properties have stood empty and were exposed to decay. In compliance with the preservation order, the historical stock is being given a new lease of life and a total of 179 new residential units are being built. From now on, numerous families will find a new home here with a high quality of living.
