What happens if the contract is terminated early?

The contract - like any other loan - is concluded for a certain period of time. Early termination can only take place unanimously. Appropriate compensation can be demanded in the event of termination.

Who is entitled to conclude the contract?

Natural persons over 18 years of age and legal entities may enter into the contract.

What about tax?

The current interest income from the subordinated loans represents earnings from capital assets pursuant to Section 20, Subsection 1, no. 4 of the Income Tax Act (EStG) and is subject to capital yields tax plus church tax of 8 % or 9 % depending on the respective Federal state in the event of church affiliation. In this respect, the tax rate is 25 % plus 5.5 % solidarity surcharge, i.e. a total of 26.375 % plus any church tax.

The capital yields tax as well as the solidarity surcharge (a total of 26.375 %) are paid over to the respective responsible tax office by the company by way of deduction at source. The investor receives a certificate for this tax payment.

What does "bearer debenture" mean?

The debenture, also referred to as a bond, is a senior security for which the investor receives interest. In the case of a bond, the investor transfers a certain amount to the issuer of the bond for a certain period of time. In turn, the issuer of the bond undertakes to repay the debt to you as the creditor of the monetary claim at the end of the term. In addition, the issuer must regularly pay interest on the amount at a specified rate.

A one-time investment from EUR 100,000 is possible.

The contract runs until 31.12.2026.

When can the contract be terminated?

The contract automatically ends after the end of the contract period.
