The city of Halle (Saale) is a large city in Germany located in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The municipality is comprised of a total of 5 city districts, which are subdivided into 22 city quarters. The property at Delitzscher Strasse 152/154 is situated in the Ost district, adjacent to Büschhof quarter. This residential area covers a total of 399.8 hectares and its 2019 population amounted to about 4,500 people. The name Büschdorf first appeared in 1228. Back then, the location was characterised by agriculture and farms. Once heavily forested, the area's rural character is now appealing in the way of properties such as detached houses and housing estates.

Modern infrastructure with rural charm

One of the most important economic sectors is vegetable growing. The area has also attracted many businesses such as the printing and publishing house of the Mitteldeutsche Zeitung and various local traders and service providers. Germany's oldest chocolate factory, the Halloren Chocolate Factory, is located at the heart of Büschdorf. Büschdorfer Mitte shopping centre was then built in 2014 and is only about 300 metres away from Delitzscher Strasse 152/54. The motorway exit Halle-Ost, which connects to the A14, can be accessed directly to the east of Delitzscher Strasse (B road 165). If you drive 3 kilometres west from the location, there is a direct connection to the Halle (Saale) main railway station, which has ample parking facilities and is well connected by public transport. There are a number of businesses and shops located in the vicinity of the station.

Shopping facilities such as a grocery shop, a pharmacy and a chemist’s are only 350 metres away. The residential area is surrounded by recreational facilities such as Froschteich playground, the Einheit garden complex and various parks.
