Unser Immobilienprojekt in Kirn an der Nahe (Rheinland-Pfalz) besteht aus 10 Mehrfamilienhäusern mit 40 Wohneinheiten unterschiedlicher Größe. Diese wurden im Jahr 1953 errichtet und sollen nun umfassend renoviert werden. Dabei werden nicht nur die Wohnungen, sondern auch die Gemeinschäftsflächen und die Fassaden erneuert. Nach erfolgter Teilungserklärung gehen die neu aufgewerteten Wohnungen in den Verkauf.

The B 41 road provides a direct connection to the cities of Saarbrücken and Mainz. The Moselle and the Hunsrück hilly area can be reached by class A road 184. The Palatinate is close by using the B 70 road. Owing to good public transport connections, the communities of Mainz, Saarbrücken and Frankfurt am Main, including Frankfurt am Main Airport, can be reached easily.
