A one-time investment from EUR 100,000 is possible.

What is the interest rate?

The interest rate is 8% p.a. Payment is made quarterly (2.0% each quarter).

What is the end date of the contract?

The contract runs until 31.12.2026.

When can the contract be terminated?

The contract automatically ends after the end of the contract period.

What does "debenture" mean?

The debenture, also referred to as a bond, is a senior security for which the investor receives interest. In the case of a bond, the investor transfers a certain amount to the issuer of the bond for a certain period of time. In turn, the issuer of the bond undertakes to repay the debt to you as the creditor of the monetary claim at the end of the term. In addition, the issuer must regularly pay interest on the amount at a specified rate.

What are the obligations?

By concluding the contract, the customer undertakes to pay the agreed contractual sum in due time. In return, the Issuer agrees to pay interest and return the capital at the end of the contract term.

How high are the processing fees?

There are no processing fees.

What happens to the contract in the event of death?

In the event of death, the contract is transferred to the heir(s) with all rights and obligations. The laws of descent and distribution of the investor's country of origin apply.
